Vibrational Sound Healing

Experience the healing properties of specific frequencies and vibrations produced by instruments like singing bowls and tuning forks to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and restore harmony within the body and mind.

Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that utilises the power of sound vibrations to promote physical, emotional and spiritual well-being and healing. It operates on the principle that everything in the universe, including our body, is in a state of vibration. When our body's natural frequencies become imbalanced due to trauma, stress, illness, or other factors, it can lead to discomfort or disease. This is vibrational sound medicine.

It aims to restore harmony and balance by using various sound sources such as singing bowls, tuning forks, gongs, drums, and vocal toning. Sound Healing, like Restorative Yoga, taps into your parasympathetic nervous system and has the ability to help; lower blood pressure, reduce cardiac disease, improve immunity, reduce cortisol and other stress hormones and lift your mood

concentric water circles, vibrational sound healing

Imagine being cocooned in tranquil, resonating sounds. Cascading concentric waves gently enveloping and permeating you, akin to a stone's being dropped into a still pond. Our bodies, comprising 70% water, serve as vessels for dynamic molecular movement, while our bones act as conduits for the reverberating energies of singing bowls, gongs, and drums. This immersive 'sound bath' transcends age and flexibility, requiring only an open mind to partake.

For some, it serves as a profoundly restorative, transformative journey, while for others, it offers solace, stress relief, and revitalisation, countering the frenetic pace of our digital existence.

Private Sound Healing for Trauma or Healing

In private sound healing sessions, tailored methodologies utilising singing bowl placements on the body, tuning forks and drum journeying are applied to modulate neurophysiological responses. Potentially mitigating trauma-related symptoms through resonance-induced relaxation and neuroplasticity mechanisms. The session is 90mins that includes space for discussion before the treatment. We finish with reflection (verbal or through journalling) over herbal tea, oracle cards (if wanted) and a grounding practice
