Kirtan & Soundbaths
Kirtan is Yoga of the voice, chanting as a group brings a cessation to the endless chatter of the mind and brings a sense of deep inner joy.
Soundbaths bring a deep sense of tranquility and peace from being bathed in vibrational sound.
Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra
Slower paced practice aided by props with focus on passive stretching of fascia, mindfulness and deep relaxation. A practice that lends itself to bringing a deeper understanding of your self.
A weekly class held during term times for girls aged 12yrs-18yrs. This fun, nurturing practice can help with stress & anxiety which can be prevalent at this age juncture.
A practice of being not doing, your body in a posture, with each joint held by props. This enables a deep state of relaxation to happen as we move from sympathetic to parasympathetic nervous system.
