Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Soraya's yoga classes are dynamic, creative and flowing, one posture to the next.

 

Staying in each yoga posture to be mindful of safe alignment and breath, whilst cultivating core strength. This enables a profound connection to body, mind and spirit. The atmoshere is warm, lighthearted and encouraging where we work together to explore asana, pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. 

 

The classes are suitable for ALL, as all postures can be adapted to fit where you and your body are at the moment. Santosha (contentment), be happy where you are.
